happy holidays!
a family cookie-decorating party at our place produced tons of gingerbreads...
cookie-making parties tired the kitten out. she was zipping in and out of our little house, proud as can be, "i'm an indoor-outdoor big-girl kitty!" she seemed to be saying. here she is napping our on christmas fuzzy-wuzzy blanket.
birthdays are meant to be celebrated with flowers and cupcakes! this was delivered to me at work two weeks ago from the boy (uh, i mean, husband). it's a cupcake flower arrangement, get it? he also left sweet love notes for me to find around the apartment that morning and made me a mixed cd! what a cool guy.
not to be outdone, my co-workers also gifted me with flowers, mocha-rum cake, a gift certificate to my fave shoe store, a ballon and a split of champagne!
then my mom suprised the heck out of me by appearing at work and catered a lovely soup and salad lunch for the office. i felt just like i was in grammar school, having a birthday party at with the kids in my class, ha!12/30/2008 12:42:00 PM
