on a rare mall visit this weekend, i fell under the spell of mass consumption and bought some new lip balms/glosses by eyeko and the body shop. i also discovered i have an unhealthy addition to opi nail polish - because i stocked up on yet two more bottles.
in my opinion, a glossy fashion magazine, gum, new lip balm and new nail polish makes doing six loads of laundry much more entertaining. note: do not attempt to remove rather warm clothes from dryer until polish is completely, totally dry.

whoever intvented purses with flashlights inside them is a god. these things are so useful! no longer is my purse a black hole, i am now master of my contents, finder of spare change, keeper of kleenexes, giver of gum - even in a darkened movie theatre!!

the most fun sunday ever: a trip up to seattle's international district via the bus (no parking hassles). i bought a fun notebook, chopsticks, rice ball molds, strange candy, and dried nori (seaweed) which my cat and i love to eat.

exhausted but happy. the high school reunion gathering that took over every spare thought for the past two weeks is over. it was a smashing success. i had tons of fun reuniting with old classmates, and they all seemed to have a great time as well. here's me and a few classmates surrounding our english teacher.
