(and the boy) yea for tap dancing rock bands and shirley temples with vodka!

i just devoured alice hoffman's book, ice queen, this past week. a lovely summer read. go to your local library and check it out.
apparently gaining fame in new jersey, who knew that a deep-fried hot dog with fresh mustardy pickle relish would be so tasty? not greasy at all, it was a cheap diner's delight. paul and i both enjoyed our doggy dinners and thought it well-worth the drive and experience, the price of gas 'n all.
on the wedding front:
invitations have been sent to the printer. i'm awaiting my proofs and hopefully, they'll get back in time to mail out.
